Last week it was the Let’s Get Real Conference in Manchester and this year the focus was ‘can we reinvent our online cultural offer? It looked at how we in the GLAM sector can get better at recognising, articulating and generating value from online cultural retail.

If you’ve been following you’ll know we put our shop online this year so I spoke all about it via video at the conference. It’s a more detailed version of the post from back in May and includes key challenges and tips for success for museums large and small embarking on a similar journey.

If you’re thinking about doing this too and would like to compare notes please get in touch, we’d love you hear from you.
